2.1 Orders can be placed by our website, email, phone, or agreed account channel.
2.2 An Order is accepted only when we confirm it (by email, invoice, or dispatch).
2.3 We may refuse an order at our discretion (for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or credit checks).
3.1 Prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at the applicable rate.
3.2 Delivery charges (if any) will be confirmed before the Contract is formed.
3.3 If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any sums paid, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
4.1 Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order (e.g., pro-forma, card payment, bank transfer, or approved credit account).
4.2 Where credit terms are agreed, invoices are payable within the stated terms. Late payments may be charged interest at 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily, plus reasonable recovery costs (in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation).
4.3 You must pay all sums due without set-off or deduction unless required by law.
5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only unless agreed in writing as guaranteed.
5.2 Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery (or on collection if you collect).
5.3 You must inspect deliveries promptly. Any visible damage or shortage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible.
5.4 If you fail to accept delivery, we may charge reasonable costs for re-delivery and/or storage.
6.1 Title to the Goods remains with us until we have received payment in full for those Goods (and any other sums due).
6.2 Until title passes, you must store the Goods so they can be identified as our property and keep them in good condition.
7.1 Returns must be agreed in advance. Please contact us before returning any item.
7.2 Hygiene and consumable products may not be returnable once opened, used, or where hygiene seals are broken, unless faulty.
7.3 Where we accept a return, Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging where possible. A restocking fee and return carriage may apply.
7.4 If Goods are faulty or supplied in error, we will (at our option) replace, repair, or refund, in line with your statutory rights (and for business customers, subject to clause 10).
8.1 Product images are for illustration only. Packaging or appearance may vary.
8.2 Specifications may change due to supplier updates. Where a change is material, we will try to notify you.
9.1 You may request cancellation before dispatch, but we may charge reasonable costs already incurred.
9.2 Special-order or bespoke items may be non-cancellable once ordered from our suppliers.
10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 For business customers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Subject to 10.1, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Contract is limited to the amount paid or payable for the relevant Goods/Services.
10.4 You are responsible for ensuring Goods are suitable for your intended use and compatible with your equipment (including dispensers), unless we have confirmed suitability in writing.

All website content, branding and materials remain our property or our licensors’ property and may not be copied without permission.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (including supplier failure, transport disruption, extreme weather, strikes, or power/network outages).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you place your order will apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
